ABOUT ME
Manu is an Italian Personal Trainer, in Qatar since 2011, and living in Pearl since 2020.
When he was 5 years old he discovered the passion for all sports, like swimming, football, team sports in general, hiking, running, gym and many others.
Then his passion became his job, so he has been working in sport sector since 2001, in Italy, as: Physical education teacher at school- Gym Personal Trainer- Football physical coach- Performance coach for many individual sports.
In 2011 he received a job offer in Qatar, as a Physical coach/Strength and Conditioning, in local football Clubs, boosting the physical aspects of many academies, and as Sport scientist in Aspetar, working on scientific researches and performance/tests/injury related issues. He continued his duties in Aspire Academy, supporting other departments like biomechanics, load analysis, and Gym. In this period he maintained his passion for Personal Training, health and fitness, opening to new visions and methodologies, like biomechanics, nutrition, other sports (Padel, Golf, Tennis) to apply on his customers in a 360° multilateral offer.
Rehab coach, Nutritionist counselor, PSG football coach, S&C coach and match analyst for AlRayyan SC U23, Padel instructor for beginners, were parallel to his consolidate Personal Training service, serving VIPS, athletes, or simply sedentary/overweight people all around Doha.


ACADEMIC STUDIES
After his diploma in Physical Education, 2001, he became MSc in Sport science in 2002. In his first part of career he licensed in many sectors, like: Body Building, Football Pro physical coach, ISAK anthropometrist level 2, World Rugby S&C coach, AFC coach diploma A, BLS, and attendend to many sport congresses and workshops in the dynamic environment of Qatar. Then in 2014 he succeded in the highly qualifying NSCA CSCS, the most important certificate in Strength and conditioning, world recognized patent. His career became more prestigious issuing many scientific paper reviews in the field of injury and S&C (2012-2020). The latest achievements have been a MSc in Biomechanics, becoming an expert in movement analysis and loads control (2020), FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine (2020) and football match analist (2021)

METHODOLOGY
For Manu PT, Personal training style is different from one customer to another one. He doesn't like showing up the latest cool equipment, copying the influencer's diet or the best excercise. He will never promise the best body in 1 week, the top level with 1 magic potion, the 10' x week plan to lose weight. Every plan will be tailored based on the individual needs, it will take perseverance, follow certain rules monitored daily, a long journey that could give results in 1 month or in 1 year. Science will be applied on the human physiology, so no escapes or fast fake results. The core of his methodology will be the trust and motivations between Manu PT and the individual, a side to side way with 24hours consultation, because results (whatever they are) can be achieved only if the objectives and mental approach will be clear. Many diets and fitness plans are failing because the motivations are poor and the goals/feedbacks are not monitored! Don't trust in magic machines to lose weight, weird garments to sweat fat (impossible!), ridiculous 10' light exercises.... For that, Manu PT can promise you the best reliability, support, and encouragement to succeed in your goals. Free body exercises, easy open air cardio, post injury appropriate exercises, correct movements execution, balanced health and food lifestyle, seem so easy but a correct planification is the secret!

Training without an appropriate body check and with a generic workout could lead to aches and muscles pain...As well healing after an injury or a surgery, or bad habits like sedentary people require a highly individualized schedule, because we all have different needs....

ALL AGES
Physical activity is the best medicine, it's well recognized. So it's never too late to start training, in elderly age, or puberty, we just need additional care in training sessions, in order to avoid dangerous exercises, and to begin from a fair level. Starting is the first step to improve and feel better!
